Marco Verver
is experienced in IT consultancy and over the last 12 years he has held several management positions, amongst which the position of Strategic Group Director at Exact International and member of the Executive Committee at Exact Holding plc. Furthermore, he has been a CEO of Magnus Holding plc, an international IT consultancy company, noted on the stock exchange, with offices in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Marco graduated in administrative information science from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Arjaen Smits
has a study background in the area of law and legal aid. He has several years of experience as an International Tax Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Furthermore, he has been a mediator for the Dutch business community at Robert Walters plc. tax specialists and treasurers. Arjaen joined the executive committee of CopyConfirm B.V. in 2008.
Michiel Westermann
graduated in 1981 as a mining engineer (petroleum extraction) from the Technical University of Delft. In 1983 he obtained a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Before his MSc degree he worked for Schlumberger, wire line services, in Cameroon and Angola (1981 - 1982).
Michiel was co-founder, part owner, and director of Pink Elephant, a company specialised in the operational management of data systems. Pink Elephant was bought by Roccade in 1993, which was taken over by Getronics in 2005, and Getronics is currently owned by KPN. From 1993 till 1998 Michiel was part of Rocadde's Board of Directors, which became PinkRoccade after the take over.
He was the general director of Twinning Holding B.V., the first IT incubator in the Netherlands, from October 1998 till April 2002.
Since 2002 he has been active as an advisor and entrepreneur in the health care sector. He is director of the enterprise 'Motek' which develops, amongst others, hard- and software for the rehabilitation of patients.
Furthermore, Michiel currently holds positions in various Boards of Management and advisory councils. Towards the end of 2008 Michiel became part of the executive committee of CopyConfirm B.V.
