Recording and processing data
We store and use only personal data that you have provided to us directly or when it is clear, upon submission, that this data have been provided to us. We do, however, store client data required to finalise our services. For example, this includes your address details and data required for certain methods of payment.
Registration system
Certain sections of this website require that you register before use. Following registration, we store the personal data you have provided to us under the user name you have chosen; such data includes your name, address, place of residence and e-mail address. We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in again each time you use the website, and to enable us to contact you when executing the agreement and providing our services.
We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties unless required within the framework of the purchase agreement you have concluded with us, or if this is required by law. If you wish to pay by credit card or a similar system, we shall provide your credit card details to our bank in order to authorize the transaction. Your credit card details will also be made available to the payment services agent with whom CopyConfirm works. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we are permitted to provide personal data to the competent authorities.

We apply strict security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. For instance, we specifically use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL), which protect all data traffic between you and our website whenever you register or whenever you wish to consult the information in your account.

When you fill in a contact or registration form on the website or send us an e-mail, the information you send will be stored as long as is necessary, based on the type of form or the content of your e-mail, to enable us to complete and answer all your questions.
Clicking behaviour and visitor data

For registered users, the website also records the user name, the time of the request and the data sent, together with a user’s browser.
